1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Once you place your order, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase once your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Shipping Confirmation: After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer different shipping options based on your location. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (within the United States):
    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
    • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
    • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day (available in certain locations, fees apply).

Note: Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or customs processing. We strive to ensure that your order arrives on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to these factors.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers to deliver your orders, including:

  • P.O. Boxes: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes for orders shipped via USPS. If you have a P.O. Box address, please select USPS as your shipping option at checkout.
  • International Shipping: We are currently only able to ship to select countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us for assistance.

5. Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $[40] (domestic orders only).

If there are any issues with your order—such as shipping delays, missing items, or incorrect addresses—please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to resolve any issues and ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately to correct it. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot change the address, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.
